616 Silver is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. To ensure your order is protected, please select Route Shipping Protection at checkout for full insurance coverage, or reach out for additional insurance.

All economy and standard shipping methods are sent via USPS Ground Advantage (formerly known as First Class Mail). Ground Advantage includes $100 of basic insurance, but additional coverage is only available by selecting Route Shipping Protection, which can be added from the collections page.

If your package is lost in transit, our ability to assist is limited, as USPS provides the same tracking information to both the shipper and recipient. We completely understand how frustrating shipping delays or losses can be - please consider choosing an upgraded carrier option or adding insurance if you’re concerned about potential USPS issues.
