All jewelry sales are final. Each 616 Silver piece is handcrafted from genuine turquoise and .925 sterling silver, designed to last with proper care.

616 Silver is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear. However, if a piece breaks due to a craftsmanship issue, I will always stand behind my work.
